    In accordance with current Portuguese law, Article 13(2) of Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of February 14, guarantees consumers a period of 14 days (cooling-off period) after purchasing goods and/or services, during which they may return the item(s) without having to give a reason for the return.
    However, the return postage will be borne by the consumer, as stipulated in this article.

    Therefore, only products that meet the following conditions will be accepted:
    - the returned item must be intact and without any marks or damage from use;
    - it must be returned together with the original box and all accessories;
    - Invoice for the item;

    Unless there is a technical problem, some products cannot be returned or exchanged due to their characteristics, for hygiene and safety reasons.

    Personal devices (vaporizers), liquids, aromas, atomizers, resistors, batteries and consumables with damaged packaging seals will not be accepted for exchange or return.

    Warranty in accordance with Decree-Law 84/2021 of October 18th.

    Electronic equipment - 3 years;
    For batteries - 6 months;
    Atomizers and Resistors - once the product has been removed from its original packaging, it is not covered by any guarantee;
    The guarantee does not cover any damage or defect resulting from non-recommended and/or incorrect use.

    Shipping costs will be refunded according to the assessment of the technical team, accepting returns in cases where the products show proven manufacturing defects and excluding this possibility if the products show signs of negligent or improper use or do not comply with the contractual conditions of the guarantee.

    However, the following circumstances will be grounds for excluding the guarantee:

    The warranty period has expired.
    The product has been modified or repaired by a service center or a person not authorized by the SUPPLIER.
    The defect has occurred due to mistreatment, misuse not in accordance with the instructions in the manual or exposure to harsher environmental conditions than those specified in the manual and specifications.
    The defect was caused by force majeure.

    The maximum legal period for the repair and replacement of equipment is 30 days.
